Goal of the intervention at Eduard-Wallnöfer-Platz (Landhausplatz) was to create a contemporary urban public space that negotiates between the various contradictory conditions and constraints of the site and establishes a stage for a new mélange of urban activities characterized by a wide range of diversity. The realized project consists of a 9.000 square meter concrete floor sculpture.

The throughway leads according to the building typology in a line moving through the entire planning area. The recommended urban design concept guiding the comb-like arrangement of lines allows a north - south oriented green space design. The east - west orientation of the dwellings to ensure the best possible light and sunshine. A slight distortion of the structure of the axis has a positive effect on the perception of the overall system.

Thetis' lodge is a crack in the rock to relax with views of the Wilder Kaiser. In the southwest of the plateau is a flat rock lying as the copyright of the landscape [Nature logo] on the stone slab.

The new erection of the multipurpose hall is a long, building ascending southward. The ensemble of buildings, primary school, kindergarden and the multipurpose hall define the structure of the village. The orientation towards the road is significant in so far as it provides the school building and its surroundings with an element of introvertedness. The roof of the building is intensively greened over and lies between the school and the kindergarden, cuts into the topography and by surmounting one storey forms a gentle slope and walk-on roof, a toboggan run.

The jump in Kazakhstan consists of a tower and two redoubts, which represents an absolute novelty.

The project offers a lively promenade as a linear centre. This allows all residents to participate in the common social life.
